Best Tasting Baked Burgers....

Or at least that is what my family said when I served these last night.

Oh my these were good! My youngest son who rarely eats meat even said they were the best tasting hamburgers he has ever eaten.

Before I tell you how I made them though, I want to tell you about a favorite sauce that I use in them. It is called COUNTRY BOB'S.

If you click on the link you can send for a coupon to try a free bottle for yourself. Go on, you will love it!

Best-Ever Baked Hamburgers

1 lb. ground round
1/4 cup Country Bob's sauce
1 cup Seasoned Bread Crumbs

Place beef & Country Bob's in a mixing bowl and mix well with hands.
Form into hamburger patties.
Coat patties with the bread crumbs.
Place patties on a baking sheet and bake at 350°.
Now I like my meat well done so I cooked mine for about 45 minutes to 1 hour. You can adjust the time to your own preference.
When these were done baking I quickly removed them from the pan and onto a plate (Otherwise they will sit and reabsorb all the fat that they are laying in.) and topped with cheese.
Add all the hamburger fixins' as well as toasted hamburger buns and ENJOY!

Those baked burgers do look delicious. My family could eat real meat and I could add it to my grain-soy fake meat mixture!!!

  11. I have never heard of baking hamburgers but it sounds and looks so good. Thanks for the recipe. I like Joann's Fabrics but have not had a chance to get there in a while. I just finished knitting a pair of socks. I have to have a project going so maybe it is time for some fabric.
