Peanut Butter Cup Pie

If you've got a sweet tooth and love peanut butter and chocolate together then you will love this.

Peanut Butter Cup Pie

1/2 cup sugar

2 tbsp. cocoa

1 egg, beaten

1 tbsp. flour

1/4 cup milk

1/2 tsp. vanilla

4 oz. cream cheese

2 tbsp. peanut butter

1/2 tsp. vanilla

4 oz. Cool Whip

1/2 cup powdered sugar

1 pie crust

I used THIS pie crust recipe but you could make your own or use a store bought crust.

Combine the first 6 ingredients and pour into the pie crust.

Bake 350° for 20 minutes or until set.

Let cool completely.

Once cool, then you can combine the last 5 ingredients and then spoon it over the chocolate layer.

Refrigerate and Enjoy!
