This is my all time favorite chicken recipe to make during the summer months.
Now I know you all are going to think I'm crazy but before I grill this I actually boil the chicken until it's cooked thoroughly.
I'm paranoid about not getting the chicken cooked well enough on the grill without totally burning it to a black.
Grilling is just not my thing! :0)
Anyways it's quick and easy to cook the chicken on top of the stove in the morning while it's still cool outside. Once it's cooked and cooled I refrigerate it until dinnertime.
About a half and hour before it's time to eat I just grab my chicken from the fridge and prepare these packets. Toss on the grill for about 20 minutes and wahla!
A quick yet tasty meal.
Oh, and if there are any leftovers (which there usually isn't) my son claims the chicken makes an excellent sandwich heated up with some cheese melted on top.
My Favorite Grilled Chicken Packets
1 bag frozen chicken breasts or tenderloins
Large stockpot of water
Montreal Steak Seasoning
Worcestershire Sauce
Cooking Spray
Aluminum Foil
Place chicken in water and bring to a boil. Continue boiling until chicken is thoroughly cooked. Drain, cool and refrigerate chicken.
Prepare chicken packets about a 1/2 an hour before dinnertime.
(Makes approximately 5 packets)
Take 5 pieces of aluminum foil and spray with cooking spray.
Cut cooked chicken into bite size pieces and divide between the 5 packets.
Sprinkle with Montreal Steak Seasoning and pour desired amount of worcestershire sauce over chicken. I usually have a puddle of worcestershire that my chicken sits in.
Fold aluminum foil into packets.
Place on a heated grill and cook 20-25 minutes on a medium/low heat turning packets every so often.
Serve with a few side dishes and enjoy!

You people are weird... if you must precook your chicken, AT LEAST bake it like Lisa... Boil??? You're literally pulling the flavor out of the meat when you do that!
