Soakin' Up the Sun

Oh how I wish spring really was here!

We got our first taste of it today with temps. in the high 60's.
I turned the furnace off and opened the windows...ahh the fresh air!
Lots and lots of laundry all washed and hung out to dry in the warm breeze.
An afternoon walk with the kids followed by a spin on their bicycles.
A little bit of Science class
and then off to make a quick dinner.
(kielbasa packets to put on the grill)
A wonderful day....nothing different about it other than the SUNSHINE! Something that we haven't seen much of this winter.
Hope you all had a great spring-like day too!

How wonderful you had such a beautiful taste of Spring! Doesn't that sunshine feel devine. I'm sure things are really headed for Spring here in Florida; the big black carpenter bumble bees have been here the last few days.

Wishing it was spring too. No sun for the last couple of days just gloomy and very foggy. The snow isn't very pretty any more and it looks like I have a pond in my back yard. :(
Prim Blessings! Robin

Hi Jessica, You know it's time for spring when you see the animals flagged out all over the place in the sunshine. In Western Australia we are only very slowly coming out of summer, and kind of looking forward to cooler weather. But don't worry a few weeks into autumn and winter and I'll be wishing for the sunshine again. lol. Enjoy the warm weather. Kind regards, Anita.

Hasn’t the weather been fabulous? I don’t blame the doggies for soaking in the sun, mine have too :)
